Sales Professional:

We are seeking a full time sales professional with previous sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality. We provide unique opportunities for enthusiastic and creative individuals to work in a studio setting with world class product, providing exceptional service to our clientele. Experience in the floral or horticultural industry is a plus -- confidence, an outgoing personality and a passion for great customer service are essential!

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to sales volume growth; resolve customer questions and concerns with ease and confidence.
• Assist clients with product selection based on season, occasion and the clients needs.
• Take an active role in maintaining and developing existing and new client relationships, including following up as needed to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Responsible for accurate product pricing and loss prevention for perishable product
• Assist with walk in clients and create wrapped bouquets when needed.
• Help manage holiday sales teams.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and assist with any miscellaneous projects

Candidate Attributes

• Previous sales experience in luxury hospitality, design and/or retail industries
• Professional or personal experience in floriculture and horticulture is preferred
• Proven ability to efficiently and professionally meet client needs 
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Miscellaneous

• Flexible work schedule required including some weekend and holiday availability
• Peak business periods may require extended work days and work weeks 
• Ability to lift and move product weighing up to 30 pounds

Contract Delivery Driver:

• Must have clean driving record and access to your own vehicle.  SUV or Van.
• On Call position only.  No scheduled hours.
• Willingness to work as a team and adhere to the King Florist delivery guidelines
• Customer Service Skills and a Positive Attitude are Must!
• Knowledge of the Greater Austin area including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Lakeway and Leander.
