Simply Succulents

Who says simple can’t be beautiful?

Here at King Florist, we love lush floral arrangements and eye-catching containers, but we also know the value of simplicity. For us, this is where our Modern White Succulent Collection comes in.

Succulents themselves are simple to care for. They like light, but need afternoon shade in hotter climates. That’s why keeping a succulent indoors in front of a bright window is a good idea. Make sure your succulent gets six hours of sunlight. Well-draining soil and containers are also a necessity.

The great thing about getting a potted succulent from King Florist is that we’ve done a lot of the work for you, so all you have to do is take care of it moving forward. Here are a few tips: Succulents like to dry out between waterings, but also like to be watered thoroughly when they are watered. Some folks try to spray their succulents daily, but this does not provide the right amount of water in the right way. Very little fertilizer is needed, but once a month fertilization is recommended. They like to be warm in the summer (between 70 and 80 degrees) and cooler in the winter (between 50 and 60 degrees). Bugs are seldom a problem for succulents, but there are two to be aware of: Gnats and Mealybugs. Gnats generally mean the soil is too wet, so once it dries out, your gnat problem should go away. To get rid of Mealybugs, simply wipe the leaves with a paper towel dampened with alcohol.

Succulents are simply beautiful. They come in a wide variety of colors and textures. So you can find a lot of different looks in one family of plants. Our white pottery and white stones allow for the succulents to take the spotlight. Blending with any décor, this Modern White Collection brings sophistication and simplicity to any room in your home.

We have three distinct options in our collection:
